As technology has improved it is now possible to transfer you beloved photos to canvas.  Gone are the days when photographs could only exist on paper.  Photos can be transferred onto canvas by either traditional or digital means.  Using the traditional printing method means that the original photograph is used to create the replica image on canvas.  If using the digital method for printing on canvas the image will be uploaded from a photo card or the original photo is scanned.  Each method can be organised via the internet without you even having to leave the house.  Many canvas printing firms will send you a prepaid jiffy bag if you wish your canvas print to be taken from the original photograph.

To look after your canvas remember never to use water to clean it as water droplets will permanently stain the canvas, instead use a feather duster or a clean, dry, soft cloth.  Do not display your canvas in direct sunlight as this will cause it to fade over time.  The size of canvas you choose may depend on where the canvas will be displayed, it is important to realise that the larger the canvas the more detailed the image will be.
