Comparing Two Types Of Gas Cards
People nowadays are not settled on with just any gas card. Since corporate gas card companies offer the best services and benefits, other companies that sell their own gas cards have a slim chance of gaining profit to the market.

Competition has been getting tougher and tougher by the minute, and it’s making people anxious on which gas card that they should use for their cars.
As we all know, a corporate gas card company sell two types of card; namely a prepaid gas cards and credit gas cards.

Both may have its uses, benefits, and preloaded amount, but the similarities end there. A prepaid card is designed for those people who can afford a low-cost gas card. Students, low-paying job workers, and other individuals who can barely pay for their gas, can avail of such cards. On the other hand, a credit gas card works like a typical credit card, except that it is used to purchase gas.

Their rates vary very big. A prepaid gas card has lower rebates, cash backs, and reward points. These cards offer a small amount of rates compared to those credit gas cards. A typical rebate percentage on a prepaid card is only 3%, whereas in credit card, the purchaser earns a 5% percentage rebate, giving a huge 2% difference from both of them. Aside from that, those reward points and cash back bonuses have a huge variation too.

There have been testimonials from selected individuals on what a corporate gas card can do in your daily life. One example is Sandy, a part time college student living in Atlanta. By day, she goes to school and juggling her home work. By night, she transforms into a waitress at a nearby school café. She drives an old hybrid car, and even though it’s out of “fashion” she still uses it for practical reasons. “I actually started using prepaid gas cards a couple of weeks ago; and to my surprise, it helped a lot. I didn’t have to worry about filling up my tank because of my prepaid gas card. it worked wonders for me!” she says in delight.

Philip on the other hand, who works at a media company, has been using his credit gas cards and is amazed how much he has earned money through rebates. “I am not really sure how it worked, but after seeing those rebates on my bill, I instantly flipped. I actually spent little on my bill! How great is that, right?”

What else is there on a corporate gas card? Aside from those comparisons, basically, all gas cards have the same thing in common: to purchase gas. This has been one major role for gas cards in the first place: to cater to those who need gas with a lower price. So what are you waiting for? Avail of a gas card and be one of the many people who got lucky and became thrifty with the help of gas cards!
